Revenue Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Houseman

The Houseman at our lodge plays a vital role in maintaining the overall cleanliness, organization, and functionality of our premises. The Houseman will be responsible for assisting with various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the lodge and the satisfaction of our guests.

 

Key Responsibility:

  • Assisting the housekeeping staff in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of all lodge areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back of house areas.

Job Duties:

  • Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon their arrival.
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and guest preferences.

  1. Financial Duties:
  • Conduct the nightly audit process, including balancing and reconciling all resort revenue streams, such as room revenue, food and beverage, and other outlets.

  • Prepare and distribute daily financial reports and summaries to the management team.
