Dining Room Northwest
regional ingredients, with a focus on the freshest product at hand,
distinguish the Sun Mountain Lodge dining experience worthy of its many
awards. We have developed the menu to include naturally grown herbs
and vegetables from the Sunny M Farm, tenderloin of Washington state
beef, and mushrooms foraged from the Cascade Mountains that surround
the Lodge. This is a small representation of local producers and indigenous
product available to the Lodge and its dining guests. Sun Mountain Lodge
is equally proud of its wine list and 5,000 bottle cellar which features
many award winning Northwest wines, some of which can only be found
at the Resort. The
Eagle's Nest Café & Lounge offers lighter, less expensive fare in a
relaxed setting. Featuring a wrap-around deck with fantastic views of
the Methow Valley, the Eagle's Nest is a great place to enjoy your favorite
beverage, have a sandwich, salad, or watch a sporting event on TV. Children
are welcome and the menu features many of their favorite foods. |
