FALL NEWS

October 17, 2010
We got our first real frost last week and most of our farmers are busy cellaring roots, and putting up the last of the vegetables. We are "frezerving" tomatoes for sauces and soups and Paul “Garden Grove” is making up sauerkraut with  the last of his cabbage.

We shut down in a few days and will be working on new winter menus. You can expect many changes, especially in the Wolf Creek Bar & Grill! We will also be butchering our pigs at Chris Thomson’s place, “Thomson’s Custom Meats”. It will be a class in Charcuterie for the students - more on that next time.

The menus for Christmas and New Years Eve are in the works. You will be able to view them on our web site.
Also, coming soon, a new dining web site. When you click on "Dining" you will be brought to this new site with updated pictures and features.
