Meeting Venues – Rates
With panoramic views of the North Cascade peaks and a private patio, the Methow room offers the consummate setting for private dinners and wedding receptions. The Methow Room has a dedicated food and beverage service area and includes a charming alcove for catered functions. Business groups appreciate the intimacy of this space, which includes cloth covered tag board, a white board and pull down screen for presentations. At 1320 square feet, the Methow Room accommodates up to 65 people for banquet or classroom and 80 people for theatre-style seating.
The Pasayten Room is our largest conference room, with combined square footage of 3,900 square feet and accommodations for up to 320 people. The Pasayten Room includes a sound-proof portable room divider that splits the room into two separate meeting spaces, Pasayten A and Pasayten B. Other unique features of this meeting space include a large foyer ideal for meeting registration, banquet and/or bar set-up, as well as a beautifully landscaped, private outdoor courtyard and a smaller exterior patio with lovely valley views. Meeting amenities include cloth covered tag board, white board, LCD screen projectors, and a state of the art sound system.
Pasayten Room A
At 1,860 square feet, Pasayten Room A is the smaller of the two Pasayten meeting spaces. With sliding glass doors that open to a small patio and sweeping territorial views, Pasayten Room A is typically used as the banquet space companion to Pasayten Room B. Pasayten Room A also stands alone as a meeting room accommodating up to 140 people for banquet or classroom, and up to 150 for theatre-style meetings.
At 2040 square feet, Pasayten Room B is the larger of the two Pasayten meeting rooms, accommodating up to 150 people for classroom or banquet and up to 170 people theatre-style. The predominant feature of this room is the large pull down projector screen and accompanying LCD flat screens, as well at the state of the art sound system.
The Sawtooth Room measures 459 square feet, and features cloth covered tag board and white board. This room offers absolute privacy for executive board meetings and also serves as an excellent break-out space for meetings.
The Cascade Room measures 1058 square feet and can seat up to 65 people for banquet or classroom, and up to 80 theater-style. The Cascade Room also functions as our game room, and includes a billiard table, ping pong table and other games.
Perfect for an intimate wedding or break-out session, the Library exudes old-world charm with its floor to ceiling bookshelves, wood burning fireplace, river-rock hearth and cozy window seat looking out over the rear portico of the Lodge.
Outdoor Party Tent
Sun-filled days and star-laden nights are best appreciated from underneath the cover of this beautifully detailed 1,000 square foot party tent. The party tent is perfect for outdoor weddings or celebrations of any occasion. Accommodates up to 100 people for banquet or classroom, and up to 150 theatre-style.
The Wine Cellar
Sun Mountain Lodge’s wine cellar contains one of the most extensive resort wine collections in the Pacific Northwest. Currently featuring over 5,000 bottles and 600 different labels, including over 300 wines from Washington State, the cellar has an outstanding collection of Northwest and California wines, as well as many others from around the globe. The cellar was designed to mirror the classic cave cellars of Europe. Designed by NBBJ of Seattle, the cellar features stone and ironwork by local craftsmen, as well as a large cherry wood dining table with seating for 14. This is an excellent location for private group dinners, wine tastings, small parties with friends or that very special occasion.
