HORSEBACK PROGRAM

Half Day Trail Rides
~ at 8:30 a.m. Monday-Saturday $60 adults, $45 children (12 and under)

~ Morning Rides not offered on Buckaroo Breakfast Ride days ~

Children must be 50" tall to ride.
Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
Height and weight restrictions apply.
Advance registration is suggested.

COWBOY CAMP DINNER
AND
BUCKAROO BREAKFAST
Mid-May through Mid-October.

Take a scenic horseback ride, total riding time of 1 1/2 hrs.,
or take a horse- drawn wagon to an old homestead
for a memorable western BBQ dinner or a cowboy breakfast.

Dinner -
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, (Sundays & Mondays July/August).
$37 adults, $27 children (12 and under)

Breakfast - 8:30 a.m.
~ July and August Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday.
~ Other months: Sunday only.

Exhilarating whitewater to gentle trips on the Methow River.

Black Canyon
May through mid-July
$70 adults, $60 children (12 and under) * Includes wet suits, booties, and lunch.

Gold Creek
mid-June through mid-August
$70 adults, $60 children (12 and under) * Includes booties and lunch.

Daytime Session: kids ages 4-9
9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday $20 per child.
1 p.m.-2:30 p.m. Monday-Wednesday-Friday $12 per child.

Evening session: kids ages 5-9. (includes dinner)
5 p.m.-8 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, Friday: Cost $20 per child.

Minimum of 2 children.
Includes games, crafts, field trips, and tons of FUN!

Bear Creek
Winthrop. $16 for nine, $25 for eighteen holes.

Alta Lake
near Pateros. $25 for eighteen holes.

Desert Canyon
near Orondo $75 mid-week and $85 weekend for eighteen holes, includes cart.

Cart and clubs available for all courses.

MOUNTAIN BIKE RENTALS

Over 40 miles of trails accommodate all riding abilities.

Front suspension bikes
$8/hour, $24/four hours, $35/all day

First served basis.
Price includes helmet
Smallest bikes generally fit children ages 10-12.

BOAT RENTALS AT PATTERSON LAKE
(half, full, and multi-day rates available for row boats)

Rentals done at Patterson Lake Office.
Fishing Licenses available in Winthrop.

Introduction to Fly Casting Class
May through mid-October.
~ $35
Includes 1 1/-2 hour class on casting, knots, and entomology, plus 24- hour equipment use. * See Activities Desk for schedule.

Guided fly fishing trips to Moccasin Lake
Offered in May, June, September and October.
~ $155 per day
Moccasin Lake, one of Washington's premiere fisheries. Classic Stillwater fly fishing for rainbow trout up to 11 lbs. and German browns up to 6 lbs.

Sage fly rods available for rent.
$15 per day.

Fly Fishing on the Methow River
June through September; dates may vary due to water levels.

Full Day Trip: $335 per boat. Includes full service guiding, delicious catered lunch,
snacks, beverages, appropriate flies.

Half Day Trip: $255 per boat. Includes guiding, snacks, and beverages.

Rods and reels available if needed at no charge.

Wading trips and prices available upon request.

HIKING

Over 30 miles of hiking trails at Sun Mountain
to accommodate all abilities, with access to many more in the
Methow Valley and North Cascades within a short driving distance.

~ We also rent backpacks for carrying your child ~
Guided trips in the North Cascades during July and August.

Stop in the Activity Shop for advice and information.

Bike to town on trail or road and shuttle back to Sun Mountain.
$5 per person.

Four courts, no charge. No reservations required.

Tennis racquets available for rent for $5 each through Activities Desk.

Volleyball, badminton, horseshoes, croquet, footballs and board games are available at no charge from Activities Desk or Front Desk.
