Reservations & Cancellation Policy
We recommend booking spa reservations in advance and will do everything possible to honor your request and time. Appointments are booked based on availability.
Because spa treatments are reserved for you, you must notify us at least 8 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. No-shows and same-day appointment cancellations less than 8 hours will be charged the full value of the treatment reserved. This insures all other guests the opportunity to enjoy our services.

GRATUITIES
Gratuities are not included in spa services.
