Here are a few ideas from past wedding receptions to assist you in the planning of your own event. Please note that menu items and prices are subject to change.

Sample Menu #1 for 200 guests

Hosted Passed Drinks:
Washington Hills Chardonnay, Washington Hills Merlot
One keg each Methow Valley Brewing Company Cream Ale and ESB.

Passed Hors d'Oeuvres:

Prosciutto Parmesan Palmiers
Crispy pastry filled with aged prosciutto, Reggiano Parmesan and herbs, charred eggplant.

Goat Cheese and Roasted Red Pepper

Crostini Baked garlic toasts topped with Chèvre, red peppers, extra virgin olive oil, sweet basil.

Dungeness Crab and New Potato Strudel
With roast garlic lemon aïoli.

 

Pasta Bar
Tortellini & fettuccine with sauce Marinara, pesto sauce with shrimp, Proscuitto ham, Italian sausage, Parmesan cheese.

Carved Roast Baron of Beef
Silver dollar rolls, creamed horseradish, Dijon mustard aïoli, natural jus.

With Focaccia and ginger cranberry relish.

On an air cured cherry bread pudding with a caramelized onion and port jus.
