The Methow
Valley Sport Trails Association (MVSTA) grooms over 200km
of cross country ski trails for you. Check their Grooming
Report to find the best skiing every day, both skating and
striding. The
Methow Valley Ski School, located right in the main lodge,
provides equipment rentals and lessons. There is downhill skiing
and snowboarding at nearby Loup
Loup Ski Bowl. Take a spin around our ice skating rink, go
for a sleigh ride, build a snowman, or go sledding on our sledding
hill. Winter offers fun for the whole family at Sun Mountain Lodge.
Generally, our cross country ski resort is in full swing by Christmas,
weather permitting.
