Chef Tyler Krost will create a fabulous five-course dinner to pair with some of Maryhill Winery’s finest wines.  Seating at 6:00 PM.

 

MENU:

1st course:

Butter lettuce  |  bacon lardons  |  tomato concasse  |   herb vinaigrette
Wine:  Reserve Chenin Blanc

 

2nd course:

Scallop  |  grapefruit ceviche  |  baby greens

Wine: Reserve Albarino

 

3rd course:

Pork  |  calabrian chili sauce  |  apple chipotle compote  |  gochujang

Wine: Reserve Tempranillo

 

4th course:

Snake River Farm AKB Flat Iron Steak  | bleu cheese smashed potatoes | port wine reduction

Wine: Reserve Les Collins Syrah

 

5th Course:

Poached Pear | mascarpone cream | orange almond tuile | dried cranberries

Wine: Muscat Canelli
