Please join us and Amy Figgins of Leonetti Cellar for this very special and intimate dinner in our wine cellar.
This 6-course dinner will feature the portfolio of Figgins Family Wine Estates which includes Leonetti Cellar, FIGGINS, and Toil Oregon.

 

1st course:

Tartare di Tonno
Hawaiian Ahi | cucumbers | citrus | quail egg | micro arugula
Wine:  Figgins Riesling 2020, Walla Walla

 

2nd course:

Carpaccio di Agnello
Anderson Farms lamb | capers | thyme | olive oil | Pecorino Romano | Lodge-made red wine vinegar

Wine: Toil Pinot Noir 2019 Willamette Valley

 

3rd course:

Ragu d’Anatra e Rissoto

Arborio rice | duck confit | Parmigiano Reggiano |  extra virgin olive oil

Wine: Leonetti  Holy Roller Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese blend 2016 Walla Walla Valley

 

4th  course:

Filletto di Vitello Con Ragu di Funghi

Veal tenderloin | Pecorino Romano | mushrooms

Wine:  Leonetti Merlot 2007 Walla Walla Valley

 

5th  course:

Filleto e Ravioli

Dry aged beef tenderloin |  veal demi | gorgonzola ravioli

Wine: Leonetti Cabernet Sauvignon 2006 Walla Walla Valley
