“Taste of the Views” Wine Walk and Dinner with Cave B Winery

This “Taste of the Views” Event will feature guest speaker Freddy Aredondo.
The wine tasting portion will include 3 wines: a Semillon, a Sangiovese, and a Barbera. paired with Chef Tyler’s charcuterie plate. $35 per person. 2:00-4:00 PM.
The dinner portion will include a three course wine dinner paired with Cave B wines.
1st Course: Butternut Squash Bisque garnished with seared sea scallop and bacon

2nd Course: Lodge-Made Mushroom Strudel Sautéed wild mushrooms | Rogue River bleu cheese fondue | port wine reduction | truffle oil
Wine pairing: Cave B Barbera 2018
3rd Course: Parsnip and Kale Concannon Flank steak | shaved Parmesan | baby arugula | peppercorn balsamic reduction
Wine pairing: Cave B Syrah 2018
$95 per person+ gratuity & tax. Includes dinner and a wine pouring with each course. Served in addition to the regular menu in the main Dining Room.
