Celebrate Thanksgiving with a warm, elegant meal at Sun Mountain Lodge. Begin with your choice of Roasted Butternut Squash Soup, finished with toasted pumpkin seeds and cinnamon spiced crema, or a Cranberry Apple Quinoa Salad with baby kale, tricolor quinoa, spiced almonds, Washington apples, crumbled feta, and cider vinaigrette.
For your entrée, choose between classic Roasted Tom Turkey or Prime Rib, both served with Yukon Gold whipped potatoes, sourdough sage dressing, fresh cranberry jam, grilled asparagus, and jus lie.
Finish the feast with a choice of decadent 20-Layer Apple Pie with maple mascarpone or traditional Pumpkin Pie.
