Revenue Manager

Reporting directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Revenue Manager oversees rooms and function space inventory and ensures inventory is allocated and restricted properly to maximize revenue and profit for the hotel. Responsible for building rates, packages, and hotel sales strategy information in the hotel’s inventory systems. The position makes pricing and positioning recommendations for the hotel. Key Responsibilities:
  • Executing Revenue Management Projects and Strategy

Executive Housekeeper

The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for overseeing all aspects of housekeeping operations at the lodge. Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

Houseman

The Houseman at our lodge plays a vital role in maintaining the overall cleanliness, organization, and functionality of our premises. The Houseman will be responsible for assisting with various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the lodge and the satisfaction of our guests.

  • Assisting the housekeeping staff in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of all lodge areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back of house areas.

Job Summary:

The Night Auditor at Sun Mountain Lodge plays a crucial role in ensuring the financial accuracy and smooth operation of the Lodge during overnight hours. This position is responsible for handling various financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and providing exceptional guest service, all while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Duties:
  • Conduct the nightly audit process, including balancing and reconciling all resort revenue streams, such as room revenue, food and beverage, and other outlets.
  • Verify the accuracy of all guest transactions, including room charges, cash payments, credit card transactions, and discounts
  • Prepare and distribute daily financial reports and summaries to the management team.
  • Address discrepancies or errors promptly and report them to the appropriate department.
  1. Guest Services:
  • Provide a warm and welcoming environment for late-arriving and departing guests, offering assistance and answering inquiries as needed.
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs for guests arriving or departing during the night shift.
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns, resolving issues or escalating them to the appropriate department when necessary.
  1. Security and Safety:
  • Monitor the security cameras and ensure the safety and security of guests and the property during the night
