This “Taste of the Views” Event will feature Winemaker/Owner Judy Phelps.
The wine tasting portion will include the Nauti Buoy White Blend, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Franc paired with Chef Tyler’s charcuterie plate. $30 per person. 2:00-4:00 PM.
The dinner portion will include a three course wine dinner paired with Hard Row to Hoe wines:
First Course: Sherry Mushroom Bisque | caviar crostini
Hard Row to Hoe Pinot Noir
Second Course: Flank Steak | garlic mashed potatoes | chimichurri sauce
Hard Row to Hoe Cabernet Franc
Third Course: Dessert: Local Goat Cheese Cheesecake
caramelized apple medley | cinnamon whip | honey tuile
Hard Row to Hoe Riesling/Gewurztraminer Blend
Served in the main Dining Room, 5:30-8:00 PM. $75/person.
