Meeting Venues

The Pasayten Room is our largest conference room, accommodating up to 300 in a banquet-style set-up. The venue includes a sound-proof portable room divider that splits the room into two separate spaces. Other features include a large foyer ideal for registration, banquet and/or bar set-up, as well as a beautifully landscaped outdoor courtyard and a smaller exterior patio with lovely views. Amenities include cloth covered tag board, white board, projectors, and a state-of-the-art sound system.

At 1,860 square feet, Pasayten Room A features a covered patio and sweeping territorial views. Pasayten Room A is typically used as the banquet space companion to Pasayten Room B. Pasayten Room A also stands alone as a meeting room accommodating up to 150 people for banquet, 120 for classroom, and up to 196 for theater-style meetings. This room has a large pull-down projector screen and accompanying LCD flat screens, as well as the state-of-the-art sound system.

At 2,040 square feet, Sun Mountain Lodge’s Pasayten Room B is able to accommodate up to 126 people for classroom-style seating, 150 for banquet seating and can hold up to 196 people in a theater-style setting. This room also has a large pull-down projector screen and accompanying LCD flat screens, as well as the state-of-the-art sound system.

With panoramic views of the North Cascade peaks and a private patio, the Methow room offers the consummate setting for private dinners and receptions. The Methow Room has a dedicated food and beverage service area and includes a charming alcove for catered functions. Business groups appreciate the intimacy of this space, which includes cloth covered tag board, a whiteboard and pull down screen for presentations.

The Sawtooth Room measures 459 square feet. This petite room offers absolute privacy for executive board meetings and also serves as an excellent break-out space for meetings, onsite office space, or a childcare room.

Perfect for an intimate meeting or break-out session, the Library exudes old-world charm with its floor to ceiling bookshelves, wood burning fireplace, stone hearth and cozy window seat looking out over the rear portico.
