Upper floor rooms now feature new king beds, lower level rooms have queen beds. The 2 suites offer a living/seating area with a separate bedroom.

Room Info & Policies
Rooms are subject to Washington State sales tax, currently 10.4%. Children 12 and under stay free in parents’ room. Guest rooms are smoke free and television free. All guest rooms are non-smoking. Check-in: 4:00 p.m. Checkout: 11:00 AM. All rates based on single or double occupancy. Additional persons 13 or over in room: $30 each. Cribs and roll-aways are available (space permitting). Sun Mountain Lodge charges a $23 per room per night resort fee. A portion of this fee goes to help support the Shafer Museum in Winthrop. Most of our rooms are television-free.
Sorry, no pets at the main Sun Mountain Lodge facilities. The Methow Valley does offer a boarding kennel: Aspen Kennels.
Early Arrivals & Departures
Departures: Check-in: 4p.m. Check-out: 11:00 AM. While we attempt to accommodate early check-ins, this is not guaranteed. Early arrivals are welcome to use our facility prior to check-in while room is being prepared for arrival. Early departures require full payment unless we are able to rent the room to others.
Guaranteed Reservations & Policies
A deposit on reservations equal to one night’s room rate, plus tax, per room reserved, is required.
Cancellation Policies
Notice of cancellation must be given 21 days prior to arrival date or deposit/prepayment is forfeited.

Sun Mountain Lodge provides ADA accessible guest rooms. To inquire or reserve an ADA accessible room, please contact our Reservations Office at: 509.996.2211. Our dining options are ADA accessible, as are most of our meeting areas.
