Sun Mountain Lodge continues to monitor the evolving response and guidance from local and national officials regarding the Covid-19 situation.
We are currently operating in Governor Inslee’s COVID-19 Phase One mode of the “Healthy Washington Road Map to Recovery” program.
Sun Mountain Lodge Dining (take-out only), Activities Shop and Gift Shop are now open.
The Spa is open and is offering massages by advance reservations. We request that you observe social distancing guidelines and wear a mask upon entering. Advance reservations are required for all meals, spa services and some activities such as horseback riding.
Per RCW 43.70.130, RCW 70.05.070, and WAC 246-100-036, every person in Washington State must wear a face covering that covers their nose and mouth when in any indoor or outdoor public setting. Face coverings may be removed outdoors when you are able to maintain a distance of at least six feet from non-household members.
The Patterson Lake Cabins, Main Lodge, Gardner and Mt. Robinson lodging buildings are all open.

General Resort Information
The resort has been deep cleaned and sanitized and will maintain a rigorous cleaning schedule.
Hand sanitizers are placed in all public buildings and scattered around our property.
Personal protective masks and gloves are available to guests upon request.
The health of our team members is a top priority for you and us and is being carefully monitored.
Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) will be worn by all team members in adherence with CDC guidelines and Washington state laws.
New Check-in and Check-out procedures
Incoming guests are requested to answer these yes or no questions about their current state of wellness COVID-19 questionnaire.
Upon arrival, we respectfully request that you wear a mask and practice social distancing.
Check-in will be expedited to accommodate minimal contact. Guests checking in will maintain 6 feet of separation unless with family.
Our check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 12 Noon.
Guest folios will be emailed prior to departure so there is no need to visit the front desk to complete the checkout process. Simply leave your key in your room. A printed copy of a guest folio is available upon request.
Your guestroom has been deep cleaned and sanitized.
Housekeeping and maintenance personnel will only enter your guest room after your departure.
Please contact the front desk and we will be happy to provide you with housekeeping services. Requested items will be delivered to your door.
The Dining Room is open for take-out for breakfast, lunch and dinner with abbreviated menus. All meals must be ordered in advance.
